College students need wristbands to get into bars. Sometimes they need lawyers when they get out of them. Combining the two? Comedy (and Reddit) gold.
According to commenters, this is a fairly common use of wristbands at college bars, but enough people thought it was surprising and funny to propel it to the front page of one of the 32nd most popular site in the U.S. Reddit.com had 1,407,781 unique visitors on the day this image was posted, most of whom would have seen the home page where this appeared. That’s nearly 1.5 million potential views for a promotional item that cost about $0.25 cents per unit.
The only thing that would have made this better? Getting a proofreader. ATT-ORNE translates to 288-6763, not 288-6753.
